Please ensure you read the following guidelines carefully before booking.

  • Booking will close for:

    • Spring 2 activities at midday on Thursday 8 February.

    • Summer 1 activities on Friday 23 March.

    • Summer 2 activities on Friday 18 May.

Once the booking window has closed we are unable to add any further children on to the activities. Therefore, if you have any difficulties logging on to the school website or ParentPay, please let the office know as soon as possible.

  • If an activity is not visible on ParentPay or the school website, this may be because the activity is not applicable to your child’s year group, has reached maximum capacity, or is no longer open for booking.

  • Please be aware of the pickup times; after-school activities will finish at 4:30pm prompt.

  • Some activities may not go ahead if there are not enough children taking part. If this is the case you will be notified as early as possible and a refund processed.

  • It is the responsibility of your child to have the appropriate kit in school on the required day.

  • When booking an activity, you are giving consent to your child taking part in the activity.

  • When booking the activity please ensure that you provide your emergency contact number for the coach/tutor to be able to contact you outside the school’s office hours.

  • All activities run from the first to last week of terms, unless otherwise stated.

It is hoped that all parents will work with us to ensure this system runs smoothly helping to provide safe, effective and enjoyable activities for the children.
