National Curriculum

We deliver a curriculum which enables every child to make excellent progress and develop a life long love of learning. In order to help you support your child we offer information about the national curriculum so that you can fully support your child in their learning.

We hold an annual Curriculum Evening at the start of the academic year giving information on curriculum content and how you as parents/ carers can support learning at home. It is an excellent opportunity to find out more about what your child is learning in school and how you can suppport. We hold other meetings as follows: stay and play information sessions, assessment meetings, curriculum meetings, phonic meetings and open days. Please do ask your child's class teacher about the curriculum if you would like any further information. Please find below links to the programmes of study for each area of the national curriculum and the long term curriculum plan for each year group.
