Extra-Curricular Activities

We offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs for the children that change each half term. We encourage children to try new clubs and learn new skills and offer early priority booking for familes in receipt of pupil premium children and those with SEND.  Extra-curricular activities for each half term can be booked via ParentPay or directly through the provider.

  • Please note that some activities are very popular and may become full very quickly. An email will be sent to all parents indicating when booking is available.
  • Once the booking window has closed we are unable to add any further children on to the activities. Please check your log on details before the booking date. If you need any help with logging on to parentpay, please let the office know before the booking date.

  • If an activity is not visible on ParentPay this may be because the activity is not applicable to your child’s year group, has reached maximum capacity, or is no longer open for booking.

  • Please be aware of the pickup times and points.

  • Some activities may not go ahead if there are not enough children taking part. If this is the case you will be notified as early as possible and a refund processed.

  • When booking an activity, you are giving consent to your child taking part in the activity.

  • When booking the activity please ensure that you provide your emergency contact number for the coach/tutor to be able to contact you outside the school’s office hours.

  • Booking can only be made each half term and does not guarantee a place the following half term.
  • Future activities are subject to change.

We look forward to welcoming your child to the clubs.  Please see the current weekly timetable for Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) below:

  • Children can only leave the school grounds once an authorised parent/family member is visible to the member of staff supervising
  • Please email our admin team to give permission for your child to be picked up from an alternative location or walk home
  • Please inform the Sunshine club if your child is not attending a booked session after the club
