Wellbeing week
During Well-being week we brought in our favourite book to enjoy quiet reading time, this allowed us all to have a peaceful end to our busy week at school. We spoke about the importance of going to bed early and how reading before bed was a calm way to end our day. We also enjoyed our mile walk. It was great to be out in the fresh air. In our PHSE lessons, we set goals and dreams. We discussed how it was important to always have a growth mindset and when we work hard towards something we often reach our dreams and goals. As you can see from our post it notes on our working wall, we have all improved at something, some examples are from at home and school.
