 Part-Time School Administration and Reception Assistant

 Salary £25,989 pro-rata

The Governors of St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our effective front office, admin team.

We are looking for:

a.     Someone with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, looking to work within a highly effective team.

b.     Someone with clear and professional communication, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, pupils, parents and governors.  

c.     Someone with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

d.     Someone with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly, understand GDPR and data protection principles.

e.     Someone proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to handle digital correspondence efficiently. Familiarity with school management systems preferred but not essential. 

f.      Someone who will be committed to supporting the school vision, mission and values.

Salary and other details

g.       Band 3 – pt. 6 - 11 (£25,989-£28,142) pro rata.

h.       2-3 days per week, term-time only, plus INSET days (39 weeks per academic year). Hours and days to be discussed and agreed on appointment. Working days to include a Friday.  

i.         Closing date: Monday 15th December 2025
